Why Can't I Access My Vendor Kwik Account?
There are a few reasons why you may be unable to access your Kwik account:
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, you can try resetting your password.
I suspended my account
If you suspended your account, you will be able to reactivate your account. If you permanently deleted your account, you can’t reactivate it.
I still can’t sign in to my account
If you tried resetting your password, and you weren’t able to reopen your account, it’s possible that your account was permanently closed by Kwik. We may permanently close an Kwik account if that account violates our Terms of Use or House Rules.
At Kwik, we take violations of our policies seriously. In some cases, you may have received an email notification from Kwik with more information. Generally, Kwik will notify you that your account has been terminated or suspended, unless you’ve repeatedly violated our policies or we have legal or regulatory reasons preventing us from notifying you. We recommend checking the email inbox associated with your account.
If you believe that your account was closed by Kwik in error, email Brands@kwik.com with your request to reactivate your account.
