Who are sellers?

Each shop on Kwik is independent. Shop owners (or “sellers”) are independent online stores or businesses on the marketplace who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders. 

Contacting a seller through email is the best way to get information about an item, or after your purchase, resolve any issues you may have had with your order. Each seller on Kwik manages their own orders and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. 


You can contact that seller directly about an order or any other issue by:

  1. For marketplace brands, click on the brand name on the Shopping page. This will open their Kwik store page.
  2. Click on the "Email" button in the information box after the store page opens.
  3. The button will open an Email compose window with the brand's support Email populated.  Proceed to compose and send your message!  Please allow the brand reasonable amount of time to respond to your inquiry.  

OR

  1. Sign in to your Kwik account, and go to Order History.  Click on the order you need help with.
  2. Select the REPORT A PROBLEM next to the order you’re interested in. 
  3. Your order number and product will populate in the Report a problem window.  Please include a description of your issue and choose a topic from the dropdown.  This inquiry will go directly to Kwik Customer Service, and you'll receive a response to your inquiry within 48 hours (not including weekends). 


The seller wasn’t able to help me....

If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to open a case about your order. You may reach Kwik support through one of the following ways: 

         1.  email support@kwik.com with the following information

         2.  Create a support ticket by clicking on the HELP page from inside the Kwik app. Please click CREATE NEW TICKET and follow the steps.  

         3.  From the ORDER HISTORY page, select the order you need assistance with, then click the REPORT A PROBLEM button.  Please ensure the order number, product, and any details relating to your order or issue are included.
