How to Deactivate a Listing

If you need to disable a product from being purchased temporarily and would like to remove it from customer view, remove it form any active campaign. To Disable a product you:

1. Go to your product page and click edit on the product you are going to disable

2. Scroll down until you see the Product status, click the Set as Hidden button

3. Scroll up to the top right of the page and click Update Product

How to Delete a Listing

If you would like to delete the product completely please contact brands@kwik.com, Put DELETE DELETE DELETE in front of the product name after disabling the product. Our brands team will work with IT to get your product deleted from Kwik.com, we are currently working on updates so you the vendor can delete your own products.
