How to Change a Customer's Shipping Address

Once an order is placed the information will be sent directly to your fulfillment center

If you need to change the Customer's address you will have to contact your fulfillment center to change the address before the order is shipped out.

Alternatively you can put a hold on the order from your fulfillment center until you can change the customers address.

If you need to change an address ok Kwik you will need to have the customer contact us directly or send us screenshots of the customers request to change their address, if you send the second option we will also contact the customer to confirm the address change.
