I'm Having a Technical Problem with Selling on Kwik

My Campaign isn’t appearing in search and I can’t access my vendor homepage

If you can’t access your public-facing campaigns, and your listings aren’t appearing in search, your shop may have been suspended from Kwik. 

If your campaigns are suspended, you should receive an email from Kwik. Search your email inbox for this email and respond to it if you have questions.


My Vendor Stats haven’t updated in a long time

Vendor Stats update a few times a day, not in real time.


Is Kwik down?

When Kwik experiences a major service interruption, we update our status page. Check this page for updates on any ongoing site-wide issues.
