I'm Having Trouble Checking Out

I’m seeing an error when I try to check out

If you see the error: "There was a problem with your order. Please try again, if you continue to have problems, please contact support."

 

Then: Review the billing and shipping information you entered and check that it’s correct. If it is correct, select Customer Support tab on the home page.


What if I'm seeing the error and I paid with PayPal? 

If you’re having trouble paying with PayPal, you should contact PayPal support.


Why is there a charge on my card if my order is still processing?

You may see a charge on your credit card or bank statement while we work to process your order. The charge will only be finalized when the purchase has been processed successfully.
