These rates will be charged in addition to the retail price you determine on your products. 

There is also an 'In Store Pickup' option. Select this option if you offer local customers the ability to purchase and drop in to pick up, or if you sell product to customers face to face. 

You can have multiple shipping options, with different rates so customers can choose how quickly or by what method they get their product. 

Digital Products or Services:

If you have a DIGITAL product and will be sending an email to your customer after they make a purchase, select your country and then select Digital Delivery from the Shipping Method field. Then enter rates of 0 to Unlimited and $0 so it is free. (see below for example)
