You can go ahead and add your bank information to your account at any time, but it must be added prior to requesting funds. 


You are able to request your available funds as often as once a day or if you prefer, you can do this once a week, every two weeks or once a month. To do this, log in to your Vendor account. Click Finance on the left hand side. After you've had incoming orders, funds will show in the available or pending, depending on the length of your return policy set for that product. 


Effective 12/2022: Funds resulting from a product sale become available 1 day after the return period on that purchase - with a minimum 7 day holding period. 

Product sales with a 0- day return period: Funds are held pending until 7 days folling the transaction. 

Product sales with a 7+ day return period: Funds are held pending until 1 day after the set return period.  


To cash out the available balance, click Cash Out options, add your bank account, then enter the amount you'd like to withdraw. 


Once your account has been verified, funds will be released - typically this takes 3-5 days. 



RULES ON CASHING OUT: 

    1-You can only cash out the amount shown in your AVAILABLE balance.

    2-You must have a Bank (preferred method) or PayPal account on file to cash out.

    3-We process payout requests once daily. After requesting your payout, please allow 2-3 business     days for the process to be completed and receive your funds.

    4- Minimum cash out/withdrawal amount is $30 or equivalent.

 

    Currently, the system doesn’t allow you to set up automatic payouts, although we hear you and know you’d love this, so we will continue to work on it!


US Vendor - We need a W-9 submitted as well. Coming soon, you will be able to upload this in your vendor portal. Until then - email it to Finance@Kwik.com
