Do you have API integration?

YES! We are excited to announce the completion of our Ecommerce API's! 

The depth and ability of each API is different and always evolving. With an API, you keep majority of your customer's journey on your store, transaction and all. This eliminates the need to manage your products and orders on two platforms, as it syncs information back and forth in real time. And, when a customer shares a link to your product, those new customers are taken directly to your website to purchase.  

If we are unable to utilize API's for you today, No Worries! We will walk you through loading your product on the Kwik platform. (We have the ability to flat file upload for SKU counts over 50.)  

We also have the ability to utilize Zapier, an automation tool, to help out until your specific ecommerce integration or API is complete.

How are orders fulfilled?

If the fulfillment API is set up - orders will flow through your normal fulfillment process. 

If there is no API or we are handling the transaction - Vendors log into their Vendor account, run a Kwik export of orders and fulfill them using their existing fulfillment method. After orders are fulfilled, vendors update the tracking information on the Kwik system either manually or by sending us a tracking number report, which our team inputs.

We also have an FTP solution to help automate some of these steps! Your account manager can help get that set up for you.

When do vendors get paid?

Vendors can request their available funds as often as they'd like in their Vendor Dashboard. Funds are held pending until 1 day after your return policy ends (with a minimum of 7 day pending period).

Vendors are paid the retail price - incentive budget - marketplace fees + any shipping fees collected. 

RULES ON CASHING OUT: 

    1-You can only cash out the amount shown in your AVAILABLE balance.

    2-You must have a Bank (preferred method) or PayPal account on file to cash out.

    3-We process payout requests once daily. After requesting your payout, please allow up to 5 business days for the process to be completed and receive your funds.

    4- Minimum cash out/withdrawal amount is $30 or equivalent.

Currently, the system doesn’t allow you to set up automatic payouts, although we hear you and know you’d love this, so we will continue to work on it!

What risk is there to me, as a Vendor, to use Kwik?

Kwik is your referral marketing platform that's entirely risk free. There are NO membership fee's & NO hidden costs. You only pay when Kwik helps to generate a sale. 

What does Kwik do with the full Incentive Budget?

When you give Kwik your "Incentive Budget," that goes into more items than just the instant Kwikcash & Referral Wave Incentive. That money goes into the Kwik program. Kwik provides way more incentives than the average program, which makes Kwik work! People will actually utilize it and go back. This will drive the usage of the program, which will perpetuate the use of Waves. "Turning 1 customer into 5".

The first time they refer someone to your brand, Kwik will match the incentive rate. Then as they complete the "Getting Started" guide, Kwik will provide them with an additional cashback reward.

It has not been fully defined yet, but for the top influencers and promoters on Kwik, Kwik will be paying cash bonuses for those users for being your biggest brand advocates. This is done at NO additional cost to your brand, and Kwik will pay for it.

• Promotions

Kwik will occasionally offer promotions for a short period. That could be additional cashback for a weekend, extra cash into the Kwikcash Incentive Rates, or other temporary promotions that Kwik will pay for to get users coming back and excited about promoting your brand.

• Influencer Training

Kwik's goal is to show people their true influence and what they really do for a brand. Doing this will show them that they are an influencer, even if not in the traditional sense. Kwik allows users to upload videos or images of products that they love. This hosting of those images and management is not free. A tool we use to help incentivize not only people to share but people to purchase because they're shopping from their friend's post and not just a product page.

• Mobile App

Running a mobile app is not free; Kwik will make it free for users. Having one place you go to for all your links is something that will be HUGE in user adoption and user activity. When people have an app they can use on their phones will drive engagement rates. Meaning more people will be returning to the app and seeing and sharing your brand. That means that waves are perpetuating, and more sales are being generated.

All the integration APIs and plugins are totally free for brands. We want brands to be able to onboard and utilize all the tremendous benefits of Kwik with no hassle.
