At Kwik, we use different user statuses so you can easily identify who has first-hand experience with products they recommend through share links. Below is a description of our user statuses:
Verified Purchaser
A Verified Purchaser is a user who has purchased the product, or that the brand has verified should have first hand experience with the product. This status includes full sharing capabilities and features for the user, including giving reviews in share links. The user can be identified by the “Green Checkmark” or the "Verified Purchaser" label next to the user name in share links and indicated in the brand campaign data on the Campaigns page.
Non-Verified Purchaser
A non-verified purchaser has not purchased from the brand, but has received approval by the brand or Kwik to share the campaigns’ products. This user will have limited controls, including being unable to give a rating on the product. Unverified Purchases will be indicated by an exclamation point and/or the Unverified Purchaser label next to the user name in share links, as well as in the Brand campaign data on the Campaigns page.
Paid Promotion
Any user being paid to promote a specific product will have a Paid Promotion status (this is required by law). Users with this status will show “Paid Promotion” next to their user name. This status is assigned solely by the Brand.
